President of Willamette Uni versity to Feature Friday Evening Exercises at Senior High School. Dr. Bruce R. Baxtr, president of Willamette university at Salem, will give the address at commencement exercises Friday evening In the school auditorium to the largest graduating class in Medford senior high school history. The program starts at 8:00 o'clock. Between 201 and 307 seniors will receive their diplomas following com pletion of four years of high school studies. The exact number won't be definitely known until tomorrow, when the complete list will be re vealed. Until this year, the largest class was In 1037, when 183 students were graduated. The Rev. Joseph Knotts, pastor of the First Methodist Episcopal church of Medford. will give the Invocation j and benediction. Included on the program will be three musical num bers, a trumpet solo by Ted Mar shall, and a girls' and boys' vocal ensemble. Because of the limited seating ca pacity of the auditorium, which has been Increased from 1000 to 1185 for the occasion, admittance to the exer cises will bo by reserved seat ticket only. The graduating seniors have been given tickets for distribution among their friends and relatives.
