Mr. and Mrs. Tom Hatlctt sold their ranch recently and are now residing at Beagle. We regret their departure from this community and extend aln- cere wishes Ior continuous prosperity and contentment In their new home. A farewell party, sponsored by Mrs. Holtls Burton and Mrs. D. Davles was given In honor of Mr. and Mrs. Hat lett, the evening of the 16th. Those present were: Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Cul bertson and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Wood and sons, Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred Davles and children, Mrs. Louisa Oreb. Mr. and Mra. Hollls Bur ton and sons, Mr. and Mrs. Elbert Dlgham and children, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Davles and daughter, and Earle Yorton and daxighter and son Bernett. The young folka played games while their elders were visit ing, till a late hour, when cakes and coffee were served. Antelope school was the scene of a lively gathering Friday afternoon when small tots and their mother accepted Mlea Wright's generous in vitation to an Enater ogg hunt and party with her pupils. The program consisting of two plays was greatly enjoyed. These wore: "Have You Seen the Easter Rabbit?" presented by primary grades, and "The Princess Who Wouldn't Laugh" portrayed by the upper gvndco according to their own Ideas. Miss Wright then told the smaller children a story to hold their attention white the Easter bunny was , busy hiding eggs In the yard. When a signal from the warn ing whistle sounded there waa a general stampede to the "ner.tlng" grounds. After the last egg was dis covered the entire group assembled In the school house where each moth er and child was presented with a daintily filled Easter basket fash ioned by the children In art work, and served refreshments of cleverly shaped cookies and fruit punch. Those enjoying the party besides the pupils, were Mrs. Wm.
