(AP) Di rectors of Radio Corp. of America today declared dividend of 30 cents on the common stock, first Riich disbursement In the history of the company. Net profit for the first nine months of 1937 totaled $6,599,111. equal to 31 cents common ahare. compared with 2.847.383, or 3 cents a sharo in the like period of 1936. The regular dividend of 87i cents a share was declared on the $3.50 cumulative convertible first preferred stock for the period from October 1 to Dec. 81, 1937. On the outstanding shares of "B" preferred stock a dividend of 31.26 a share was declared "for the period from October 1, 1931, to December 31, 1937." This disbursement cleared up all arrears on this stock, of which there were 18,196 shares out standing. Payment of these dividends, to gether with dividends paid enrller this year, will bring total 1937 divi dends to about 6.450.000.
