Games supervised by Mrs. Grant were enjoyed after the program and lunch of pumpkin pie and coffee was served. The proceeds will be used at Christmas time. We want to thank those from neighboring dis tricts who attended. Mr. Thomas, who has been making his home with Mr. and Mrs. Walters for the past few months, left Thurs day for his home in Hollywood. Sams valley stock men went through Beagle the first of the week with a herd of beef stock which they brought off the aummsr range. Mr. Rush and sons Joe and Dick, left the first of the week for the mountains to round up their stock and drive them out. Les Edmondson's funeral on October IS was attended by a large host of frlenda and relatives. The floral trlbutea were beautiful and abund ant. There were so many flowers that all could not be placed on his grave, but other graves wore deco rated. All liked Lea Cdmondson and were saddened by his departure. Ser vices were held at the ehuroh In Butte Falls. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Oordon of Fort Klamath, Lea Edmondson's brother-in-law and sister, came In time to sea Lee.
