We're merely trying to find out how you want us to pre pare what we believe to be the best liked of all meats when it is made to suit your taste. There are two ways to make sausage. One is to take' the trimmings from various meats including pork grind and season them and call it sausage. It's good food and furnishes an outlet for otherwise good meats that are hard to sell. .
