Fujll said the Glass car, a model T Ford, was about 200 to 130 feet ahead of his when he first saw It as he was proceeding toward Central Point. He asserted the Ford was not lighted but was disclosed by the lights from his machine. When he first noticed It, the Ford was traveling toward Central Point on the highway shoulder. PuJU testi fied. He asserted he applied his brakes to slow down before attempt ing to pass the Ford, Suddenly, he testified, the Ford swung out Into the highway into the path of his car without giving any signal. In her testimony Mrs. Glass had stated that the Ford was being turned to proceed toward Med ford after a stop had been made at Friend's wrecking ycird.
