Rubbish Fire Chemical crew of the fire department was called out at 6:48 last evening to extinguish a rubbish blaze that got beyond con trol In a lot at South Fir and Ninth streets. The glaze was put out quick ly without damage. State Forest Fires The state forest tire patrol was called to put out a small llghtnlng-caused fire on Ante lope creek last evening about 7 o'clock. About 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon the patrol put out a three acre grass fire near Talent. Twelve additional lights will be In stalled when the entire runway Is completed In the near future.
