Mrs. Blanche Taylor, worthy ma tron, presided, Mrs. E. S. Severance, mother of Mrs. Hoffman, acted as conductress and Mrs. Lulu Saulsberry presented the honoree with a gift from the chapter. E. Crews of this city were today observing their golden wedding anniversary at their home on South Oakdale avenue. No formal celebration of the event was arranged and the day was to be spent quietly. (AP) Moe's women's store, pioneer Klamath Falls business, has been purchased by the Miller Mercantile corporation of Salem. It waa an nounced today by G. O. Miller, president of the Miller company. Amount involved In the transaction waa not revealed. Miller said the store would remain under the same name and that the preaent personnel, Including Earl Isaacs, manager, would be retained.
