Missionary Society Entertained Tueday Members of the Women's Mission ary society of the First Presbyterian church met Tuesday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Sherman h. Divine, with Mrs. Maynard Putney, president, presiding. Devotional were conducted by Mrs. E. iTerson. Miss Mary Ann Gate and Miss Chloe Ellon berg led group sing ing. - Mrs. Divine, In charge of the pro gram, discussed an Imaginary tour of mission stations In .South America, describing cities, villages, resources, churches, schools and hospitals and ' leading figures of work there. Mrs. John Perl spoke on her recent trip to Havana, Cuba, via Mexico and the Panama canal. Mrs. A. R. Clem ant read letters from missionaries In Ban Fernando, Chile. Tea was served by Mrs. W. F. A. U. W.. In honor of graduating girls of the senior high school. The affair la an annual event for senior girls. About ninety members of the class were present for the af fair aa well as members and guests of A. A. U. W. Mra. Porter Neff was hostess for the affair at her home In Hlghcroft ad dltlon. Tables were set on the lawn In aurroundlngs of varied garden blossoms and shrubbery. Tea was served from 3 to J o'clock. Mrs. c. C. Lemmon and Mrs. Wal ter Fllnn presided at tea tables. Miss Floy young was presented In violin solos and played Incidental music during the afternoon. Frederick Quetalaff also appeared In vocal solos.
