Hockley Confers C. O. Hockley. Oregon state director for the public works administration, conferred at city hall here yesterday with Mayor Georao W. Porter, Fred Scheffcl, city superintendent, and other officials. It was an Informal conference to dis cuss possible projects that might be eligible for PWA assistance.
