Sept. 12. p) The Oregon state milk control board placed the licensee of three Klamath Fall dairies on probation today, climaxing a hearing on a charge that ths creameries "were selling cream below the minimum price schedule" of the state milk control law. Edgar W. Smith, Portland, chair man of the milk control board, said "the evidence was conclusive." He also said the probation was for an Indefinite period and that revocation would not be resorted to unless fur ther reports of law violations were verified.
