The announcement followed a ver dict In municipal court holding the Doernbecher company guilty of vio lating Portland's amoke-denslty ordi nance. Municipal Judge Donald E Long did not levy a penalty. (AP) The United States, Oreat Britain and Prance today accepted the final draft of a new naval treaty limiting the alee of battleships and the building of cruisers for six yeara. t The document will be algned next Wednesday, when a conference of four months ends with the original big five powers of the 1033 Washing ton agreement reduced to three. The draft treaty aa finally approved would restrict battleships to a top size of 36.000 tons, ratam 1Q,000 tons aa the maximum for large cruisers and provides that none of this slue shall be constructed during tha six year period.
