Will Spend Holiday In Fast Leaving this morning were Miss Phyllis Swearlngen and Miss Mabel Cc'feen, who chose the holidays for long-deferred visit to their homes in the east. Traveling together to Chicago, the two will then separate. Miss Swear lngen continuing to her home In Cen tervtlle, Iowa, and Miss Coffeen to Ottawa. HI. They plan to return in about three weeks. To Portland For Holidays Mlsa Margaret Young left this morning for Portland, where she will spend the Christmas holidays with relatives and friends. While there, she will bs a guest for a while of her bt other and sister-In -law, Mr. and Mrs. John Toung. Miss Young ex pects to return early in January. Dancing students Have Christmas Party. Yesterday afternoon 21 students in the Eve Benson kindergarten class were entertained with a Christmas party and tree, a visit from Santa Claus being a special feature of the afternoon. Special guests for the afternoon were parents, who received gins made by the children. Groups Pine At Town Club. Activities of the week at the Town club Included two dinner parties, the first Wednesday evening, for men only, guests numbering 14.
