The program provided ' much fun, with Edwin Dunn as an-1 nouncer at the mike. Dale Williams and James Wallls were boxers, with Bob Dunn as referee. B. H. Chrlstlleb impersonated "Farmer Ben." Mrs. Claude Conley took the part of 'Madam Palooka." Mrs. Taylor Wtl-1 Hams Impersonated "Schuman Helnk" and Ilene Inlow, ' Ethel Dun can." Frances Port and Iota Lewis gave a tap dance, and Marilyn Chrlst lleb gave the "Top Hat program. Many valuable prices were given and much candy and food was consumed by the happy crowd. Upper Valley Community club had an Interesting afternoon Wednesday at the club houst. The talk on "the Yellowstone Park" given by Mrs. F. D. Wagner who visited the park this past summer was greatly appreciated by those present. Group singing waa another feature of the program, of which. Alice Pagel waa chairman. The food sale committee, Mrs. I. E. Deadmond, Mrs. J. E. Gowland and Mrs. Walter Hash reported their de cision to serve a turkey dinner to the public in place of holding a food sale. The time will be announced later. however, and It will be near Thanks giving. There will be a bazaar booth also for those who wish to purchase Christmas gifts. Another committee, Mrs. Martin. Mrs. Helms and Mrs. Bell purchased a new stove for the kitchen which was installed Thursday. The president, Mrs. Conley, appointed Mrs. Herman Helm. Mrs. Willis Byrd and Mrs. Wal ter Hash the hostess committee and Mrs. Stcnrud and Mrs. Klncaid on the program committee for December. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday were busy days for the decorating committee of the Upper Valley Com munity elub. Mrs. Archie Klncaid as chairman.
