Oak Grove Neighborhood club was enter tained by the president, Mrs, Shores, In the basement of the school house Wednesday. A bounteous dinner was served at 1 o'clock, the teacher and Janitor having been served earlier. The tables were decorated for Hal lowe'en season. After the dinner Mrs. Shores outlined some of the new rules and plana for the coming sea son. The club li devoted to social and benevolent work. There were 13 members present, all of whom en Joyed Mrs. Shores' hospitality. The primary teachers of the oak Orove school gave a Hallowe'en party for their pupils and the parents and younger brothers and slaters at the school house Thursday. Tables and walls In the basement were deco rated for Hallowe'en and the chil dren, as well as the parents, had a very enjoyable time. There was a board meeting at the school Tuesday evening. About half the children of the school were Inoculated against diph theria last week. The neighborhood boys ' played touch football with the Oak Grove school team two evenings last week.
