D, C, with instruction to ipoed the work of taking farm families off relief rolla. Farmers now on relief and those who haT exhausted their credit fa cilities will be eligible to spply for rehsbllltatlon loans. Eligibility will depend on their experience, charac ter nd ability to operate farms. Where Individual plant require, the Portland office of the adminis tration said, farmers will be financed for purchase of tools, livestock, feed, fertilizer, building materia ana other supplies. Operating expenses, also, may be met from the loans when conditions warrant. Wlllard aald his program will not allow for financing families who are attempting to eke out an exist ence on submarglnal land. The first requisite for qualification will be occupancy of good farm land. The loans will be extended from two to five years and the Interest rate will be five per cent, f Dm Mall Tribune want ads.
