ATTORNEY EO KELLY OF PI ENJOYS FEW Attorney Ed C. Kelly returned to Portland this morning after enjoying an over-night visit with his parent. Attorney and Mrs. E. E. Kelly, the first since he and Mrs. Kelly, the for mer Mary Oreiner. went to Washing ton. D. C, two years ago when Mr. Kelly was appointed on the legal staff of the Public Works administra tion. Mrs. Kelly, who Is suffering from a cold remained in Portland, but their two children, Bernard and Noreen. accompanied their father here and will visit their grandparents for several days. The Kellys arrived In Portland Sun day after a strenuous six-day trip from the capital by automobile, dur ing which they encountered some ol the floods which have caused havoc in the middle-west of late. They will make their home In Portland as Mr. Kelly has been transferred to that point upon the opening up of Ore gon district offices by the P.W.A. ITie new divisional headquarters, located in he Falling building, has a staff of twelve, according to Mr. Kelly, and will probably employ more aa the work demands.
