(AP) The grain market was Jolted today by a drop In prices that made new record lows for tha season in wheat, corn, oats and rye. Venting their nervousness in a wave of liquidation were traders who pro fessed shock as a result of President Roosevelt's reported expression that if the government crop control program were scrapped 36 cent wheat would be possible. Wheat slid 9 cents to as low aa 61 cents for July, carrying other grains down sharply before sufficient sup port appeared to right the market.
