Instructed delegates and drill warn, leit yesterday morn ing for Bend, where the local camp will have prominent parts In the activities of the Southern Oregon District convention of R. N. of A., which Is in session there today. Much faithful effort has been put forth by the drill captain and team nnd the entire camp for some months past, to make possible the participa tion In the convention. They left Saturday after noon by auto for Roseburg, where they will spend Sunday on their ranch with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Neuner have a host of friends In Medford and are always glad to visit them and southern Ore gon. Mr. and Mrs. Neuner and Mr. and Mrs. 8. 8. Smith were breakfast guests of A. 8. Rosenbaum at the Hotel Medford Saturday morning. 4 Grants Pass Boy Pianists To Appear On Wednesday morning. June 0 at 9:45, two clever young pianists. Bill Lonlgan and Jim Linn, both pupils of Rosa Blackmore Wlllett. have been invited to appear at assembly before the faculty and student body at the Southern Oregon Normal school, Ashland. As young boy musicians are scarce in southern Oregon a very hearty welcome Is assured them, as Mrs. Wlllett has often been resquested by the factulty to send some of her boy pupils.' May 28, at the Eagles Hall. The high light of the evening was a pie soclnl, which took place aftei the meeting. Lady Lions .Meeting Postponed Until Fall Because the meeting of Lady Lions, scheduled for next Wednesday at the cabin of Mrs. Charles W. Reames on Rogue river, would con flict with the state convention dates, they have abandoned the plan and will not meet again until next fall. Bethel of Jnhs Iiuughters Will Elect Offlrers Monday.
