One silver lorlng cup la lor the winning woman and one for the winning man. Both players on the winning team of each tournament get 10 points and their names lnscrlhed on the cupa. Mem bers of the runner-up team get fire points. The first player to attain a total of 30 points ib awarded perma nent possession of the cup. Incidentally, there Is alw a sub -row subdivision among the men Into two minor leagues, the "Tarsans" and the "Smoothies." In the last tournament Mary Hayes and Bob Morris accumulated the highest total score In the Blue Sox league, ! and Prances Sparrow and Hob Deuet the highest score In the Red Sox league. In the playoff match between the league winners the Hayes-Norrls team, after a long battle, finally de feated the Sparrow-Deuel team to earn 10 points toward the cup. The losing team won five point. Tonight the new pairing for Indi vidual teams In oach league will be determined by lo';. If the new team combinations want to practice to gether they should be on hand early. Stone's action In dissolving the tem porary injunction which had pre vented oiflclala from halting the races. The Evergreen Kennel club's "do nation system" by which the events were financed was declared illegal In an attorney general opinion last week, but Governor Martin's orders to patrolmen to halt the races had been thwarted for the time being when officials of the track secured a temporary restraining order Friday. Judge Stone's refusal to issue a per manent Injunction yesterday, how ever, delayed operation of the "do nation system" at least until the hearing on the const ltutionahty of the races set for June 18. Chief William J. Cole of the state traffic patrol let It be known fol lowing yesterday's henrlng that he would arrest the proprietors If races were held.
