(AP) The more or less blase police of Paris blinked their eyes tn horror when Mlsa Joaa Warner of Narbcrth, Pa., the only American nude dancer In Paris, put on her act In a cheap restaurant, and ordered her scratched off the bill. The 22-year-old platinum blonde, who says her performance is so mod eft she was allowed to dance In Chi cago and Milwaukee, now must con flue her appearance In the nude to music halls and theaters. The police official who complained said restau rant, where whole- families go to dine, are no place for such an act as he aaw Joan give. In rebuttal, Joan said that after she shed her attire the cartwheel off the floor so rapidly that no hu man eye I quick enough to get a good view of her body. The official happened to be In the restaurant when Joan was perform ing her tlav act, which she says t one of her best. The scene 1 a slave market from which he escaped via the cartwheel route. The act winds up In a breath taking moment when she shakes off her clothes, remains with nothing on except a chain, and then drops the chain. It was then that the police official dropped his eyes.
