Case Postponed The case of Claude Miles. 45, of Butte Falls, who was arrested by state police Wednesday evening, north of Medford, for reck less driving, has been postponed in Justice court from yesterday after noon until this afternoon at 4:33 o clock. Renews Acquaintances Capt. O. L. Overmeyer. U. S. A., retired, returned Wednesday from a trip north on 1 1 which he renewed acquaintances with two members of the 3oth U. 8. volun teer infantry, with whom he had serv ed in the Philippine islands 25 years a-zo. Captain Overmeyer, accompanied by Mis. Overmeyer. was away about five days. He made the trip after having learned of the whereabouts of his former companions through a newspaper clipping, which had beea written to learn the whereabouts of Captain Overmeyer. The two he vis ited are Walter A. Smith of Portland, and Harold B. Palmer of Sunnysidc, I Wash.
