Business of Importance will be discussed and tha new constitu tion for th federation will have lti first reading. Study Club Opens Year at Luncheon Members of the Wednesday Study club, with Miss Woolsey as their truest, met on September 10 at Dur'lghello'a on tha old Pacific highway for the flrat meeting of the club year. Lunch eon waa aerved at 1:30 o'clock, after which a ahort business session was called by the president, Mrs. B. O. Harding. The Year Book, with a varied pro gram on "These Changing Tlmea" were distributed, and the afternoon waa spent In social reunion after the summer holidays. J. Howell with a farewell party. The evening waa spent very enjoy ably with games, songs, and refresh ment. Dolph Janes, on behalf of the young people, presented Rev. Howell with a gift. Dolpn told the Howells how sorry the young people were to see them go, and thanked them for tha great spiritual help they had been Rev. Howell responded with a talk to tha young people In which he ex pressed his appreciation of the help the young people had been to htm ; and to the Christian program of the church. Rev.
