CLEVELAND (UP) A game Of "skin the cat" brought death to Rob ert Carl Mehellc, 13-year-old amateur gymnast. The boy strangled when one of the straps In his Improvised gymnasium became twisted around his neck. His father found him In the boy's basement gym when he was missing at bedtime.
