Announcement that two halls would be opened to the affair met with much enthusiasm yesterday, adding a carnival spirit to the much antici pated ball. Purchase of a ticket will entitle a couple to dance at the Ori ental Gardens, the Elks' temple, or both, and many people are planning to divide their time between the two places, starting the evening with open house In various homes. Women representing the numerous organisations co-operating In the dance plans, were selling tickets Fri day and Saturday and will continue their canvass of the city Monday and Tuesday morning.
