Complete Vacation Mr. and Mrs. Joe Cave, ther son and Wlllard Cave reutrned Monday evening from Silver Lake, where they spent the week vis iting Mrs. Cave's sister, Mrs. Mark Ferns. They also hunted on Oearhart irountaln while in that section. Issue Paper "The Bulldozer" is the name of the Lake o the Woods C. C C. camp publication, which contains five pages of reading mat ter. The foreword states "It is the modest ambition of this camp, gentle reader, to emulate the Bulldozer by blazing the way and setting the pacs for other civic camps to follow." The mimeographed publication Is edited by J. Dillon, Munson Visits Here M. A. Munson, Jr.. of Kansas City, Mo., spent a few hours In Medford Tuesday. Mr. Mun son formerly lived In El Dorado, Kans., and visited while in this city with Mrs. Guy Phetteplace, wlrh whom he attended school in El Do rado, and with Mr. and Mrs. S. 6umpter Smith. Mrs. Owen Better Mrs. Dorothy Owen of Central Point, who has been receiving treatment at the Sacred Heart hospital for an infected arm. left yesterday after a week's stay. Alien Goes North W. W. Allen of the Chevrolet agency left this morn ing on the Shasta for Portland and Seattle, where he will spend several days on business. North on Business Attorney Por ter J. Neff left last night for Port land, where he will spend a few days attending to business matters, re turning to Medford Friday. Mrs. Grant Returns Mrs. S. Grant of Bozeman, Mont., who has been guest here for about four months of her daughter, Mrs. W. H. HIgglns of Talent, left this morning on the Shasta for her home. Mrs. Cohurn Here Mrs. Bill Oo burn of McCloud service station is a, guest of Mrs. Otto Jeldness for a few days, and to be near her mother, Mrs, E. D. Hoag. who is a patient at the Community hospital. Nelson Goes Home H. R. Nelson of 18 Laurel street, employe of the Owen-Oregon lumber mill, has recov ered sufficiently from a recent illness to be removed from the Sacred Heart hospital to his home. Undergo Operations Clifford Erlck- son of Prospect underwent an opera tion at the Community hospital to day. Miss Thelma Moore of Klamath Falls was also In the hospital here for a major operation today. Visit in Redding Mrs. Mollle Wltcher of Medford and her cousin, Miss Grace Roberta of Williams creek, are leaving today by motor for Redding, where they will be guests oi Mrs. Wltcher's son, Brennon Wltcher, for about a week. En singer, territory representative for the Richfield Oil company, is now In charge of affairs for that company In the Medford district, and Richard Becker, Jr., has moved to Medford and ! assumed the position of plant man ager here.
