modest ambition of this camp, gentle

Munson Visits Here M. A. Munson,
Jr.. of Kansas City, Mo., spent a few
hours In Medford Tuesday. Mr. Mun
son formerly lived In El Dorado,
Kans., and visited while in this city
with Mrs. Guy Phetteplace, wlrh
whom he attended school in El Do
rado, and with Mr. and Mrs. S.
6umpter Smith. Mr. Munson his
been in the lumber business for a
number of years and the company
operated a mill In the Klamath Falls

the case dismissed. The legal move
followed the selection of a Jury, and

The stipulation provides that each

growth of the same auto accident,

The will of the late Alfred Weeks,
pioneer resident of the city and
county was filed for probate yester
day. Gertrude E. Weeks, a Bister, is
named as the sole beneficiary. In a
teotment signed December 31, 1933.
The estate Is Hated at the probable
value of 930,000. The will provides
that Gertrude E. Weeks be named
executrix without bonds. Halbert 8.

man have been named appraisers of
the estate.
