Japanese dispatches telling of the explosion said the bomb was hurled by persons unknown. The bomb went off In the center of the waiting room, which was crowded with Chinese soldiers and refugees from the north China war areas, the Japanese dispatches said. Most ol the victims were soldiers or refugees. The explosion partly wrecked the building and lire started.
