J. Berrien, on Oenessee street Wednesday afternoon. There were 10 guests present. Plans for the work of the next quarter were dis missed, also plans for a missionary pageant to be put on January 8, were perfeoted. After the business period, a social time was enjoyed and delight ful refreshments served. The plates were decorated with sprigs of holly, carrying out the Christmas Idea. There are beautiful ar rangements of popular ballade aucb as "Sylvia," "Danny Boy," "I Love a Lassie" and others of equal charm especially adapted to male voices. The heavier numbera Include "Landslgbt lng" by Grieg, Rachmaninoff's Pre lude "Bella at Eventide," and "Dear Land of Home" from "Flnlandla" by Sibelius. Interspersed through the list will be compositions In lighter vein, the foremost of which is "Mas cot of the Troop" from "Mademoiselle Modiste." The old favorite "Swing Along" and a modern number "Lull aby of the Leaves" arranged by Se bastian Apollo, accompanist of the gleemen, sre close rivals of "The Mascot" in vivacity. These are only part of the reper toire prepared for presentation but convey an Idea of the scope of the program and forecast an enjoyable evening for music.
