S. court at Portland on Tuesday Judge MoNary sentenced Joe Bevanda and Charles Graff, who were convicted at the recent federal court term In Medford on liquor violation charges In connection with the- operation of the Blanco Hotel and Joe'a place at Marahfleld. Bevanda wae sentenced to atx months at the Fort Lewis road camp, and Oraff was given a four months' Jail sentence. According to Walters' testimony, Kershaw and the two Brlney brothers appeared at his cabin SMurday night and knocked him down and black ened hla eyes.
