When you say mushrooms, you usually think think of a very expensive T-bone steak but the hamburger is a lot better. A mushroom salesman came in the other day and asked us to open up the can and try them. I took them into the kitchen, fried a little hamburger (loose not in cakes) using half butter and half lard. When the hamburger was brown I took it out browned a little flour in the fryings, then put the mushrooms in. When they were brown I put the hamburger back and browned them a little more, stirring them to gether. Several folks tested it, and bought hamburger and mushrooms to take home.
