Their efforts resulted In knocking plaster from the ceiling of the show house and causing j some disturbance for the audience. I The boys appeared at the police 1 station this morning and were to 1 appear there again this afternoon. j It is probable no -legal steps will be taken against them, but they j must repair the damage they I caused. The pair crawled through a trap i door on top of the theatre. leading i to a space between the ceiling and I room. Shortly after they crawled through, one of tho boys hit tho ceiling loo hard and his legs emerged In the showhouse and he would have fallen to the floor ex- j cept for an electric conduit. While a few women screamed : and most of the audience arose from the seats, there was no panic. A few left the theatre when they heard the noise above them. Tho city building inspector. I II. Rogers, inspected the theatre building this forenoon - anil de clared it to be in first class shape and that It was no fault of the building that the plaster fell.
