Forego Dog Question. llecause tin owner of a camp ground located close by the city dog hosptial on North Riverside avenue, who had complained about the noise made by the dogs at the hospital disturbing the sleep of the cam)) patrons, was not present to in person set forth his complaint in detail at last night's meeting, ns he had been invited to do, although Dr. D. AV. Stone, head of the dog hospital, who was also Invited, was there, the council decided to pay no attention to the camp ground man's complaint at present. Minor ordinances were passed, ratifying contracts for street im provements, and a resolution was adopted authorizing installation of sewers on Oten Oak court. Hear Mis. Swanton. Mrs. 1''. V.
