(P) Charles LaFolletle, slate senator from Washington county and for mer senator trom Marlon county, was In Jail at Hlllsboro, Ore., on s charge of 'non-support, according to lnrorjnatlon received by Sheriff Hurluurt of Multnomah county to day... v LaFollete.t according to Sheriff Hurlburt. was arrested at Hlllsboro on a non-support complaint issued here June 20 by Deputy District At torney Hommersley, who said Mrs. LaKollette was in "great need.' The complaint charges failure to sup port four children, ages 6, 8, 10 and !4. Earlier this year Mrs. LaKollette filed a divorce suit and Presiding Judge Morrow issued an order for ljaFollette to show cause why he could not support the family pend ing trial of the action. LaFollette, according to the Sheriff, could not be located. The senator will be returned to Portland. ' . .
