Communications (io Slow On Court House To the I'Mitor: There is already talk of build ing the new court house. I hope the project is not rushed through Loo fast. Many buildings of a public character have been built in Med-, ford in the seven years or so that I have lived in the valley. 1 think that all of them show evi dences of haste p' mmng and uf insufficiency of money. In most of them you will find, some where, a skimping of materials and details. Many are defective in plan. I iardly one is a com pletely bea lit if til comoosition. We shall have to live with the new court house a long time. Not only should it fill the hii-dnes tc nuirements of the county In a modern and scientific way, . not only should it be of enduring and fireproof materials, but it shopld give us the thrill that any great work t' art gives one. The bent architectural talent of Hie coast is not loo good for the job. All people of discrimination In the county should unite In de manding a bui b ling first rate in every particular.
