M 'WW map Brutal Sales Policies Brutal and dangerous sales policies of competitors, working an inhuman hardship on the sorely tried tobacco trade, cannot halt the success of Lucky Strike. Lucky Strike, the choice of experts, is now the favorite of millions. Public testimony of those whose voices are precious, of those who keep trim, of those who prize the slender figure of fashion, and 20,679 physicians substantiate the benefits of the secret toasting process. The quality of Lucky Strike merits public approval as it won expert commendation. (SICKED) "5KT1ir figure, quol- ctl have been checked and certified to bv UIIIIAMI, ROSS BKOS. AND MONT. Cse three pounds powdered ar senate of lead to the one hundred gaily ns of water on both apples and pears. In cuse of apple or chards that have a serious worm problem In previous years, an oll arsenate of lead combination may be justified. This combination would 4e as follows: Two pounds of arsenate of lead plus one gallon of some brand of light summer oil, plus one half pound of spread er to make one hundred gallons of dilute spray. Fluxft spreader, which has ben a popular brand here in the val ley, has been changed this sea son so that when used In the above combination causes a curdl ing of the arsenate of lead.
