This home was built al most entirely by Mr. Tyrrell during extra time from hisi school duties. The grounds around the house are very beautifully planned. , The Britt home in Jacksonville, one of the oldest n this part of the state,, with the beautiful gardens and old shrubbery will be featured. Time would not permit a further Inspection of this lovely old place. The lust stop on tho tour will be at the John Anderson placf near 1 Tolo, where a cold storage plant ;.will be the feature. The three young men will represent the . Southern Oregon State Normal school. Hoover and Henry Conger, blue grass enthusiasts from the West Side were up looking over the Williams and t.egmiller blue grass farm last week and Were very enthusiastic over their crop. They say the boys on this farm will harvest a Big :rop this year, barring no djsasters of tho ele ments. School Notes The children have been making up Mother's Day poems for lan guage. Some of the verses have been very original.
