Immediately that work is finished, it Is tho plan of tho city administration to have Mr. Schef fel also construct the airport run way and drain it, wih local labor. - This field work already accom plished on the airport has been done with the city not spending a nickel of money for outside help. Also, when the rough field work is completed, the city officials will go no further without seeking ex pert airport engineering or aero nautical advice on the laying out of the first unit in the way of lo cation of buildings, runways and the like, with a view to future ex pansion . by ' establishing other units from year -to year as they are needed.
