He keeps in constant training and has taken part In run ning races all over the nation. .When he trains 1-e uses shoes weighing five pounds each and when he takes part In a race he UBes lighter shoes, causing his feet to feel much lighter and giving more inspiration to run. He declares a runner must never rest long In a race and, most of all, not sit down in order that the muscles cannot stiffen.
