The burglars were frightened from the drug store by of Rowers and left 'the building by a rear door. There was con siderable interest tn thin contest, for Attorney Boggs not only ex pected to be u candidate, for mayor of Med ford at the coming election, but recently declared war upon the leaders of tho republican organiza tion in Jackson county.
