Rupprecht general merchandise store at Yoncalla by fire yesterday morning followed a robbery In the store, in the opinion of Sheriff Starmer, who Returned last night after a thorough Investigation. Evidence obtained from an Inspection of the ruins, the sheriff says, indicates that tho store was robbed and was then set on fire. One fire was started near the rear door and another near the front 'of the building. The Yon calla fire department' had a difficult time In checking the blae and pre venting its spread to adjoining struc tures. The building and goods were practically a total loss and only a small amount of insurance was car ried.
