A por tion of the time of Premier I'ainleve's ministers this week Is expected to he taken up by an Inquiry into Prime Minister Gaillaux's stutenient regard ins, his recent debt funding negotia tions in Washington. M. Culllaux who relumed to Paris Saturday evening yesterday handed his report to the cabinet and with other ministers discussed the situa tion for three hours. Tomorrow the ministers will again take up tho ten tative agreement arrived at in Wash ington. It la their opinion that all possible consequences ought to be thoroughly threshed out before France's reply Is sent the Washington government.
