Swayne, Mr wife, or their heirs or assigns, or as the court inav order, and that such wile free said property from all claims or liens of niiy of the defendants herein, ex cepting the statutory right of redemp tion, and that upon confirmation of saile the plaintiff be by the sheriff of Jackson county, Oregon, placed ill possession of said premises and be en titled to the possession pending re demption, and if after the expiration of the period prescribed by law for such redemption no redemption shall have been made, then the sheriff of Jackson county.
