Mortgage Records of Jackson County.
Oregon, and all sums due thereunder.
That said mortgage is prior in time
and ri rht to any claim, right, title, es
tate, lien or interest of any of tho
above named defendants ;n or to any
of the above described property and
:itl liens or claims of any of the de
fendants herein in or to any of the
above described property are subject
and inferior to the said mortgage of
plaintiff. Further that the said lien
of the plaintiff upon the above de
scribed properly bo foreclosed to sat
iftfy plaintiff'v mortgage and the above
described property, nnd all of the
right, title, estate, claim, lien or in
terest in or to the same that P. F.
Swayne and Barbara M. Swayne. his
wife, had on tr after the 4lh day of

foreclosure to satisfy the amount of
the face of said, mortgage. $4000.01),
and interest at the rale. of six per cent,
per annum from September 1. 1!'18.
until paid, and five hundred ($500.00)

said property from all claims or liens

cepting the statutory right of redemp

saile the plaintiff be by the sheriff
of Jackson county, Oregon, placed ill
possession of said premises and be en
titled to the possession pending re
demption, and if after the expiration
of the period prescribed by law for
such redemption no redemption shall
have been made, then the sheriff of
Jackson county. Oregon, make, exe
cute and deliver unto the holder and
owner of the certificate of sale herein,
a good and sufficient sheriff's deed to
the above described premises, convey
ing all the right, title and interest
which the .defendants P. F. Swayne
and Harbcra. M. Swayne, had in the
premises herein described on or after
December 4, huh,, freed from any
