Due to the loose gravel and the deflated tire, he could not steer hla J-'orii coupe back on Its side of tlie rond, and as a result the truck struck the coupe broadside, the Impact of which caused the doctor and his wife to be thrown through Its top. The truck ran into a ditch and the Ford turned on its side. Mrs. Johnson received a cut on her elbow, which required two stitches. besides contusions nbout the head also sustained by Dr. Johnson.
