Eugene voters yesterday approved bonds of (376,000 for the proponed change of the sou roc of city water supply from the Willamette to the McKenzlu river. During the active period of the pest from April 1 to September 30, all potatoes from the Pacific northwest states must bear certificates of In spection by the state departments of agriculture in order to bo shipped into California.
