Roe died at her home in Jacksonville, Jan. 21, 192L aged 52 years, 20 days. Mrs. Roe was born in Iowa Jan. 4, 1872. Her family came to Oregon when she was one year old, and with the exception of eight years spent In California, Oregon has been her home. Three years ago Mr. and Mrs. Roe settled in Jacksonville, where they have made many warm friends. Mrs. Roo has been In comparatively good health1 until- last Sunday, when sho suffered ' a paralytic stroke. She leaves to mourn her loss Mr. J. L. Roe, three boys and one girl.
