In a real sense the late Premier was a casualty of the war. The loss of two sons ,in, France, the continual strain imposed upon him as party leacbir in the house, so impaired his health, that some fatul malady was almost certain to terminate his career abruptly. Quiet, modest, unassuming, yet strong in his convictions and per sistent in his course, Bonar Law will lie sincerely mourned by his countrymen ond by the world.
