Ten nant against Rev. V. C. Whitney, pas tor of the Calvary Baptist church. Mrs. Snyder was formerly Tennant's housekeeper. Tennant Is suing be cause of criticisms by Whitney, fol lowing the former's acquittal on a "Uooze" charge. He has entered a plea of justification. Mrs. Snyder testified that Tenuant had "liquor bottles, big ones, small ones, wide ones and narrow ones," in his desk hut on cross examination admitted sho had not tested the contents and her evidence was ordered stricken out.
