Tay lor yesterday and today a,. a reau.lt of the activity of deputy state motor vehicle inspector, J. J. McMahon of Bert Ingram, new county traffic officer. M. R. Colliard was arrested by county officer Ingram for speeding and fined, $1Q on a plea of guilty. A. F. V. Kresse was fined $15 after having pleaded guilty to a charge of speeding preferred by deputy state motor vehicle inspector, J. . J, Mc Mahon. " H. V. Langhorne pleaded guilty to a charge of speeding and was fined $10. The arrest was made by county officer Ingram. E. W. Mueller, Jr., was aTrested by deputy state motor vehicle inspector McMahon and had his driver's license suspended for 30 days. "Wm. von der Hellen pleaded guilty to a charge of speeding and was fined $10. The arrest was made by Ingram . -T. J. Coffman, arrested by Ingram .for speeding was fined $10 on plea of guilty. W. D. Reed was fined $5, after' having pleaded guilty to driving :car without license plates. The ar rest was made by McMahon. T. S. Johnson was fined $10 when he pleaded guilty to a charge of driving a car without an operators license. McMahon stated this morning that .drivers of motor vehicles under the Oregon state law must carry with them their driver's or operator's li censes at all times whllo driving any vehicle or bo subject to arrest and fine. .- , .
